1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and an acknowledgement that this is part of the competition

3. This promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) 16/01/09 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) 15/02/09 
4. Prizes will be awarded randomly by computer selection. The prizes to be won are: A total of 2 ‘ Win A Year’s Supply of Denim’, Customers are only allowed to redeem one pair of jeans per month.
5. Prize values are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
6. All prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
7. Any tax implications for Eligible Persons, which may arise from this promotion are the responsibility of the Eligible Persons, and independent advice should be sought.
8. In conducting this promotion Grab Industries Pty Ltd:
9. will use your name and contact information collected from you for purposes relating to and arising from this promotion;
10. will publish all prize winner’s names and their suburb and the names of all winners and their suburb following any unclaimed prize draw; 11. may require the winner of the prize to provide proof of identity and age; 12.will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details being provided by entrants; and 13.may otherwise use and disclose the entrant’s personal contact information as required or authorised by law. 14.
